Petr Tureček
Petr Tureček was born in Pelhřimov and currently makes a living as an evolutionary biologist. With his scientific work, he participated in many domestic and international conferences and published various scientific works. In the past, he tried to become famous as a singer, guitarist, poet, museum artist, stand-up comedian and graphic artist. If he fails as a writer, he will try to become famous as a philosopher, conceptual artist, meteorologist, cook, or the main enemy of the wasp. He would rather be a trainer of (real!) Pokémon or an enlightened dictator, but that probably won't work. He is the mascot of the Nominalists political party. He spent his late youth in the art group Blázni.cz. The book Vlasy se vrací is the author's prose debut, in which he easily combines his professional knowledge with experience with children and young people, which he also drew on in scout circles, and thus brings young people an original, readable and up-to-date text.
